Saratoga Springs The New York Racing Association raided the two remaining private T-shirt vendors outside Saratoga Race Course on Travers Day, confiscating thousands of dollars of merchandise allegedly bearing trademarked race course logos.
The sweep was led by NYRA attorneys and several NYRA security guards, according to vendor Bob Gardner, who said he had about $10,000 worth of sweat shirts and T-shirts impounded from his Wright Street booth around 10 a.m. Saturday.
