Qld: Missing boy found

A boy who went missing from a southern Brisbane shopping centre earlier today has been
found safe and well.

Police began searching for the 11-year-old, whose first name was TYSON, after he disappeared
from the Capalaba Shopping Mall at noon (AEST) today.

A police spokeswoman says the boy was found by a motorist just before dark tonight
wandering along a street not far from the shopping centre.

The spokeswoman says the motorist recognised the boy after hearing his description
broadcast on his car radio.
