Vic: Knife wielding bandit holds up store

A knife-wielding bandit has held up a 24-hour convenience store at Oakleigh South,
in Melbourne's south-east.

Police say the bandit produced a knife and demanded cash from the 22-year-old attendant
at the Warragul Road store about 6.25am.

He helped himself to the contents of the till and grabbed a cash box before fleeing.

He's described as caucasian, about 28 to 30 years old, 168cm tall, with medium build.

He was wearing a hooded windcheater, track suit pants and work boots.
