The CancerEducation.com Foundation announced the launch of its Web site to help the fight against cancer rise to the level of urgency it deserves, the organization says.

The WarOnCancer.Org petition specifically asks for major increases in US federal funding for cancer research, which for many years has been significantly below the budgets recommended by the U.S. National Cancer Institute (NCI).
